FAQs

Payment Methods:

We take cash, check, and Venmo. I accept cash or check upon delivery or Venmo. Both of these options are contactless

Make sure you will be home shortly after your delivery time because the biscuits will not keep very long outside.

Delivery and Refunds:

If you (or your dog) are not perfectly satisfied with our biscuits you can email me for a full refund.

We offer free delivery to everyone in West and Central Austin. A flat $10 fee will be added for shipping outside of those areas.

Storage:

Fresh dog treats are healthy and without artificial preservatives, but that means they don't last as long as store-bought treats. Here are some ideas to help keep your treats fresher for longer:

  • Darker Storage: if you prefer to keep your treats at room temperature, make sure you keep them in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. These will last about a month.

  • The Fridge: if you want to keep your treats for longer, but don't want to freeze them, you should keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. These will last about two months.

  • The Freezer: if you want your dog to have a cold treat, or don't mind letting your treats thaw, then you should keep them in an airtight container in the freezer and either take out the treats 20 minutes to a few days in advance to thaw them, or give your dog a cold, tasty treat. These can last for up to three or four months.

For orders of more than 4 dozen, we recommend freezing your treats

The gluten-free dog biscuits come in all of the flavors! If you are waning your dog onto a special diet, or just want your dog to have a healthy treat, these are the biscuits for you!

A $1 fee will be added to every order of one dozen gluten-free biscuits.
